Terms of service

Last updated October 12, 2026. This is a starting template; have it reviewed before launch.

The service

Stampgrid lets you draft, schedule and publish posts to Instagram professional accounts you control, from our website or through Claude. Stampgrid is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or Anthropic.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You’re responsible for what you publish, including content Claude drafts that you approve, and for following Instagram’s terms and community guidelines.
• Keep your Claude connector link private. Anyone with it can act on your connected accounts.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 1 account and 10 scheduled or published posts per calendar month. Pro is $9/month, billed monthly through Stripe, and includes up to 5 accounts and unlimited posts. Cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.

Availability

We aim to publish every post on time, but delivery depends on Instagram, which may reject, delay or limit posts (for example, its daily publishing limit). The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using Stampgrid at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate Instagram’s terms.
