Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• For each Instagram account you connect: its username, account ID, account type, profile picture link, and an access token Instagram issues to Stampgrid.
• The posts you create: media you upload, captions, notes, and schedule times.
• If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.

How we use it

Only to publish the posts you create or approve, at the times you choose, and to run your account. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Instagram data

Stampgrid requests permission to read basic profile information and to publish content. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We don’t read your messages, comments, or followers.

Claude

If you add Stampgrid to Claude, Claude can see your connected account names and your posts through the connector, and can create, edit, schedule and publish posts on your behalf. Your use of Claude is covered by Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting data

Disconnecting an account deletes its token and unpublished posts. Deleting your Stampgrid account removes all of your data. You can also remove Stampgrid from your Instagram settings, which deletes that account’s data here automatically. See how to delete your data.
